Kazaba Nyoka Wata is the golden serpent of the abyss dazzling, dangerous, cold, and commanding. Born of the abyssal queen Kabibi and the tyrant-general Zattar, Kazaba never needed to be taught how to rule. She was born expecting to be obeyed. Her brother Dawidi is the only soul she loves without question. Everyone else servants, soldiers, and even her cousin Zaiire she sees as beneath her, especially Zaiire, whose light threatens her shadow.
